We are based in the Temple Bells Apartment, specifically Flat 1C at No. 1 Iyyappa Salai in Thiruverkadu. It’s a residential building, which keeps things pretty quiet for us. Dhilipan Technology and Consulting Services (OPC) Private Limited is mostly just a one-person or small-team effort depending on the day. Being in an apartment means it doesn’t feel like a cold, sterile office. It feels more like a home where work happens. Thiruverkadu is a bit of a distance from the main Chennai hub, but we like it that way. It’s less chaotic. We do a mix of consulting and tech work. Usually, it involves a lot of phone calls and emails. The living room area has been turned into our main workspace. We don’t have a big sign outside or any of that. If you were looking for us, you’d just see a regular apartment building. We try to keep our overhead low and just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We have a tea kettle that’s always on and plenty of notebooks scattered around. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It’s a straightforward business and we try to treat people fairly. That’s about all there is to say about how we run things here.
