We are down here in Gee Gee Complex on Mount Road. If you know the area, it's pretty central and always busy with people. We deal with computers mostly, whether it's fixing them or selling some parts that people need for their home setups. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a practical space on the ground floor at number 42. Most days involve someone coming in with a broken laptop screen or needing a new motherboard because theirs fried during a power surge. We keep things moving as best as we can. We've been at this address for a bit now, and people in the complex know where to find us. It's a lot of hardware talk and cables everywhere you look. Sometimes it gets really noisy because of the constant traffic outside on Mount Road, but you just get used to the horns and the engines after a while. We handle the day-to-day tech stuff that local people and other businesses nearby need help with. There’s no complicated philosophy here. We’re usually around from morning till late evening. If you're walking past the ground floor shops, you'll see our sign. It's a regular shop where we try to get things fixed without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive from the warehouse, but that's just the reality of the business. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us here.
