We are set up at No. 9 and 10 on Vepery Church Road. It’s a busy part of Vepery, and we’ve been here at Deejay Plastics for a long time. Our space is filled with plastic goods and the smell of raw materials. It’s not a quiet office environment. There are always people coming in and out, and the sound of the street is always there in the background. We make all sorts of plastic items that people use in their daily lives. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports. We just have our machines and our workers who know how to run them. Some days are smoother than others. When the power goes out or a machine breaks, we just roll up our sleeves and fix it. That is just how life is in a small factory. We know the neighbors, and we’ve seen the shops around us change hands many times. We stay here because it’s where we started and it’s where we belong. We don't try to sound like a big international company because we aren't one. We are just a local plastic business trying to do right by our customers and keep the staff employed. It’s a simple goal, but it takes a lot of effort every single day.
