Decam System Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of Kash Towers, which is at 121/4 South West Boag Road in T. Nagar. T. Nagar is always a bit chaotic with all the shoppers and cars, but our office is a bit of a retreat from that once you get inside. We’ve been here for a long time. The office has a lot of character, mostly because we’ve gathered so much stuff over the years. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a place where we actually work. We have a few rooms filled with equipment and desks that have seen better days. We don’t mind, though. The equipment is what matters. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our systems. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit in the summer heat, but we make do with fans. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for ages, so we don't need a lot of rules or formal meetings. We just know what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a nightmare. It feels like we are right in the middle of things here. We just keep our heads down and get through the workload. We have a small bookshelf with some old manuals that we don't use much anymore.
