Our place is at No.21 Sri Ramulu Street in the Mathiazhagan Nagar area of Saligramam. We are in Chennai, specifically the 600093 zip code area. Ctrlsoft Technologies Private Limited is basically just our workspace where we spend most of our waking hours. It is a typical Chennai street, can be a bit crowded with bikes and people, but that is part of the charm I suppose. We chose Saligramam because it’s a central spot and easy for us to get to. Inside the office, it is pretty basic. We have some sturdy tables, some decent computers, and a lot of whiteboards that are usually covered in messy handwriting. We don't have fancy decorations or a corporate culture that requires us to use big words. We just talk like normal people and try to get through our to-do lists. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, or someone brings in snacks and we all take a break together. It is a very human way of working. We are just a bunch of people who are good at tech stuff and decided to do it together. We stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try not to overcomplicate things. It's a lot of small details that most people wouldn't notice, but they matter to us here. It’s a steady life here on Sri Ramulu Street and we like it that way.
