Conqoll Technologies Private Limited

We set up Conqoll Technologies Private Limited in Thiruvanmiyur at a place called Happy Homes. It’s on T. M. Maistry Street, which is a fairly well-known spot in this part of Chennai. Our specific unit is A3. Thiruvanmiyur is a nice place to work because it’s got that mix of old residential vibes and new businesses popping up everywhere. Happy Homes is a quiet enough building for us to focus. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of floors. It is just a regular office space where we sit down and deal with our daily tasks. The 600041 pin code area has changed a lot over the years, but T. M. Maistry Street stays pretty much the same. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get in. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and head home. Sometimes we go out for tea at the local stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way to run a tech company. Being in Tamil Nadu, especially in a hub like Chennai, means there is always competition, but we just worry about our own projects in A3. The building is easy to find if you know the street, and we’ve made ourselves comfortable here. It’s just a standard, honest workspace for the team to get things done without any extra fuss or ceremony.
