We’ve been based out of the Garment Complex in the T.V.K. Industrial Estate for a while now. If you know Guindy, you know how busy it gets around here with the traffic and people everywhere. Our office is at units 10 and 11, which isn't anything fancy, but it gets the job done for us. We started Concept Matrix Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. because we saw a lot of people needing help with technical stuff that usually sounds way too complicated for the average person to handle. Most of the folks working here have been around for years and we've grown into a tight group. We spend our mornings drinking tea and figuring out the day's tasks before the afternoon heat really kicks in. It is an industrial area, so there is always noise from the trucks and other businesses nearby, but we have mostly gotten used to it. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that for visitors. It is mostly just desks, computers, cables, and people trying to solve problems. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone calls the office, a real person usually picks up the phone instead of a machine. We aren't some giant global corporation that doesn't care about the small details. We just want to do our work well.
