Competency Centre Software Quality

Over on Dhandapani Street in T Nagar, you’ll find our office for the Competency Centre Software Quality. We are located at number 6/22, right across from the Shrine Velankkani School. It is a fairly quiet spot for being in such a busy part of town. We spend our days looking at software and making sure it works the way it is supposed to. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it is important work. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working with computers for a long time. Our office is filled with screens and desks, and there is usually a pot of tea or coffee going somewhere. We aren't a big fancy tech firm with bean bags and game rooms. We just have a quiet space where we can concentrate on the code. People who know us usually find us through word of mouth or because they work in the same field. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the technical side of things and let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. If you are walking past the school, you’ll see our place. We are just regular people who happen to be good at checking software for mistakes. It is a steady living and we enjoy the challenge of finding bugs.
