Codrix Technologies Private Limited is located over in Perumbakkam, inside the Embassy Tulip building on Saraswathi Rajasekar Road. It is a bit of a residential area that has grown a lot lately. Our office is in B-8, F-8806, which makes it feel a bit more like a home office than a stiff corporate environment. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We do not have to deal with the intensity of a downtown office park. Most of our day is spent writing code and testing things out. We are not a huge team, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is working on. It is a very collaborative way to work. We do not have a long list of rules or a strict dress code. As long as the work gets done, we are happy. The Perumbakkam area is quiet enough that we can actually focus without too many distractions. Sometimes we take a walk around Cheran Nagar to clear our heads. We do not use a lot of fancy terminology or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a tech company doing our best with the projects we have. It is a simple setup, and it works for us. We focus on the details of the code and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it. That is how we operate daily.
