S. Venkat Raman is the one you’ll find here at Cms Ditl, and we are based at C/O K. Nithya Anand’s place. The address is 13, Thilai Nagar in Korattur, Chennai. It is a local neighborhood setup, far away from the big glass towers of the main IT parks. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. Our office is basically just a room filled with computer components and testing equipment. We spend most of our hours figuring out technical glitches or setting up new configurations. Chennai can be very humid, so we keep the fans running all day while we work. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us busy at our stations. Korattur is a nice, grounded part of the city, and being in Thilai Nagar allows us to stay connected with the local community. We don’t do any big marketing or use complicated business talk. We just tell people what is wrong with their tech and try to fix it. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We’ve grown accustomed to this corner of Chennai and the people around here. It is just a small, dedicated operation where we focus on the hardware and software without any unnecessary drama.
