Our location for Cms Computers Ltd is in the TNHB Colony in Velachery, Chennai. We are at 748 EWS B on the first floor. It is a residential-style area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs of the city. Being on the first floor is nice because we can look out at the trees and the street. We’ve been here for a while and have become part of the neighborhood. The office is really just a converted living space where we’ve set up our workstations. It’s got that lived-in feel, with some stains on the floor and posters on the walls. We don't spend money on fancy decor because we’d rather just have the right tools for our work. Chennai's weather is always a factor, so we have the fans going constantly. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, and we just wait it out or work on whatever we can. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We work at a steady pace and handle things as they come. People from the TNHB colony often walk by, and sometimes they stop in to see what we are doing. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. It’s just a few of us in a room with some computers. We like the simplicity of it. It’s a practical place to spend the day, doing the work we know how to do.
