Our place is tucked away at 48/3 in G-Block on 12th Street in Anna Nagar East. If you know Anna Nagar, you know it can be a bit like a maze with all the blocks and streets, but we like it here. It’s a lot greener than other parts of Chennai, which makes the walk to the office a bit nicer in the mornings. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by if they need to. The office itself is quite small, but it fits us all perfectly. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or anything. It’s just a few rooms where we have our setups. We usually start the day by checking what came in overnight and then we just get to it. There’s a nice atmosphere here, mostly because it feels more like a house than a big corporate building. We take our breaks together and usually talk about things other than work, like what’s happening in the news or some local cricket match. The 12th street area is mostly houses, so it stays fairly peaceful. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. It’s a practical workspace for us. We focus on getting our tasks done without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we operate at Cmax Innovations.
