Our office is tucked away in Adambakkam at No.13/12, Sundaram Flats on Lake View Street. It is a bit of a quiet area, which is nice for the kind of consulting work we do. The "lake view" name is a bit of a stretch depending on what time of year it is, but we like the location anyway. We have basically turned a regular flat into our workspace, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. There is a small kitchen where someone is always brewing coffee or heating up lunch. We spend most of our hours looking at code and trying to solve technical problems for our clients. It is just a small team of us here, and we usually just wear casual clothes and sit around a big table together. Sometimes visitors find it a little hard to spot the building at first, but they usually find us once they see the street signs. We do not have any big mission statements or marketing slogans on the walls. We just have our monitors and a few whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we can understand. The Chennai humidity can be tough, so we keep the windows shut and the air conditioner running most of the day. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We just take on the projects that come our way and do our best to finish them on time.
