Civi Chem & Applications Private Limited is situated at Plot 4 on Iv Cross Street in A.G'S Colony. This is down in Kottivakkam. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main roads, which is nice for a change. A.G'S Colony has a mix of houses and small offices like ours. We’ve been at Plot 4 for a good number of years. The building is simple and doesn’t really stand out much from the others on the street. We have a small team here and we mostly just get on with the day-to-day chemical application side of things. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but usually, it’s fine. Inside, we have our equipment and a basic setup for the office work. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lounge or coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some files everywhere. The sea isn’t too far away, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which helps with the Chennai heat. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different sites and making sure we have enough supplies. It’s a practical way of working. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything. We just like being in Kottivakkam and doing our work without too much fuss. It’s a solid little spot for us and it works out well for everyone on the team.
