Cipher Labs Private Limited

Our spot is at 168/75B on Vellala Street in Ayanavaram. Cipher Labs Private Limited is just a small group of people working out of this particular Chennai neighborhood. We've been in the 600023 area for a good while now and we know the streets pretty well. The office isn't anything you'd see in a fancy business magazine. It's just a bunch of desks and some computers in a room with a few cupboards for files. We spend most of our time working on software and various technical problems that come up. It’s what we know how to do best. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside on the street with the shops and people, but we don't mind it much. It feels like home to us. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches or slogans. We just talk about what we do, which is mostly coding and fixing things that break. The staff here are all local people and we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or layers of management. If something needs to be done, someone just steps up and does it. We try to keep things moving along without making the process too complicated for ourselves. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it seems to work for us. We just want to do decent work and keep our heads down. Ayanavaram is a busy place, but our little corner is where we get everything handled.
