It is a bit of a specific spot to find, but once you are here, it is a calm place to work. Castle Software Solutions Privatelimited is what we call ourselves. We are a small group. We spend our time building software and trying to figure out why things are not working sometimes. It is not a glamorous job. It involves a lot of sitting and a lot of typing. We have a few windows that look out over the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we are all right there. We do not really use big words to describe what we do. We just make software. If someone needs a program or a system updated, we take a look at it. We use simple tools and try to keep our overhead low. It is a very grounded way of working. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It feels more like a community than a corporate office. We just do our thing and try to keep the people we work for happy with what we build.
