We are tucked away at No. 65 on the 2nd Main Road in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. It is a busy area with a lot of other businesses around us. You can usually hear the sound of the industrial zone throughout the day. Caresoft Global Technologies Privatelimited is the name on the front. We have been here in Chennai for quite a while now. The office is pretty standard. We have our workstations set up and we spend most of our time there. We work on various technology projects. It is mostly digital stuff, so you will not see much if you walk in, just people looking at monitors. We do not go in for fancy decor or anything like that. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar or two. We like it quiet so we can focus. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We do not have a lot of big corporate rules. We just expect everyone to do their part and be decent to each other. Lunch is usually a social time where we stop talking about work for a bit. It is a good environment. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work we have in front of us correctly. It is a steady pace most days, and that suits us just fine.
