California Software Company Ltd. has its office at E-139a on the first floor along MG Road in Besant Nagar. It is a nice location because we are within walking distance of the beach. Sometimes we take a break and go for a stroll on the sand when we need to clear our heads. The office itself is just a regular floor in a commercial building. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to us. Inside, it is a very basic setup with desks and computer screens. We don't have any polished floors or expensive art. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. The noise from MG Road is always there in the background, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have a small group of people working here. We mostly just communicate through chat or by shouting across the room. There are no big conference rooms or formal settings. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some snacks. It is a functional space that doesn't have any unnecessary features. We like being in Besant Nagar because of the atmosphere. It is a good mix of people and businesses. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of everything. It is a very straightforward way to work.
