We are located right on Thirumalai Pillai Road in T nagar, which means we deal with the usual Chennai traffic every single morning. It is a busy spot at No. 43, but once you get inside the office, things settle down a bit. Most of us have been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise from the street anymore. Our team is just a bunch of people who know how to handle software and spend most of the day staring at screens. There isn't anything fancy about the way we work. We have our desks, our coffee mugs, and a lot of wires running along the floor. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We mostly focus on getting the tasks done so we can head home before the evening rush gets too bad. People here come from all over the city, some taking the bus and others on bikes. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area, mostly home-cooked food brought in steel tiffins. It is a pretty straightforward place. We don’t have any pool tables or bean bags like those big tech giants you see on the news. It is just a regular office where we try to keep things organized and make sure the software we are working on actually does what it is supposed to do for the people using it.
