C. I. I. T. Pvt. Ltd. is based over at 41/20 Iyappa Chetty Street in the Mannady area. It’s an old part of town with lots of history in the streets. Our office is in one of those buildings that’s been around forever. It’s not a large place, just enough room for the desks and the computers we need. Mannady is always buzzing with activity, so there’s never a quiet moment outside the window. We mostly focus on our internal tasks and managing the paperwork. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family business. We’ve got a few people who have been with us since the start. The stairs are a bit steep and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it’s our space. We don’t go for anything fancy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. Iyappa Chetty Street can get quite crowded with bikes and pedestrians. We try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit messy during the busy weeks. C. I. I. T. Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for quite a while now. We know the tea stall downstairs and the other businesses nearby. It’s just a regular office where we get through our daily list of chores. There is always a lot of mail to sort and boxes to move around.
