We don’t have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just a simple setup with desks and computers where we get things done. Neelakandan Street can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but it’s home to us. We chose this spot because it’s accessible for the staff and it doesn’t feel like an impersonal office park. There are shops and houses all around us. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just bring our own lunch and work through the day. The energy of Ayanavaram is great, even if it’s a bit noisy sometimes. We’re just a bunch of people who like technology and wanted a place to work that felt real. It is not about being the biggest company in India; it’s just about doing a good job from our small office at number 4. We’re plain-spoken people and our office reflects that. No frills, just honest work every single day. We are happy right here in this corner of the neighborhood and don't need anything else.
