We are located on Anna Salai, specifically at Door No. S.298 to 302. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always noise and movement right outside our windows. Black Arrow IT Ventures Private Limited is tucked into this space among many other businesses. It’s a central spot, which makes it easy for us to get around Chennai when we need to. The office itself is pretty functional. We’ve got rows of desks and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with IT stuff, which can be pretty draining, so we drink a lot of coffee from the shop downstairs. We don't have any mission statements on the walls or fancy slogans. We just have a list of things that need to be done today and another list for tomorrow. It’s a hardworking environment without any of the fluff you see in bigger companies. We talk to each other plainly and we solve problems as they pop up. The traffic on Anna Salai is always a topic of conversation here because it affects when we can leave for the day. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the IT world. We don't try to be anything we aren't, we just do the work.
