If you are looking for Benz Associates, we are right on the first floor above the KFC on Iyyappanthangal Road. We are directly opposite Ramachandra Hospital, so most people know exactly where that is. Our office is a busy little place where we handle a lot of different design and construction projects. We have been in this spot for a while, and it is a good location because people can drop in easily. We do not do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just sit down with whoever comes in, look at their site plans, and talk about what they need. It could be a new house or just fixing up an old office space. We have a few guys who handle the technical drawings and others who go out to the sites to see how the work is progressing. It is practical, everyday stuff. We are not trying to be the biggest firm in Chennai, just one that people can rely on to get the job done right. Sometimes the noise from the road is a bit loud, but we get used to it. We deal with the city permits and all the boring stuff so the clients do not have to worry about it too much. We try to be clear about costs and we do not like surprises any more than you do.
