Creative Advisory Services

Our space is inside Krishna Apartments, specifically the Z-1 unit. Being in Anna Nagar is nice because everything is close by, but 13th Street is a bit quieter than 5th Avenue itself. Creative Advisory Services has been here for a while. It’s basically just a few rooms where we sit and go through documents. There’s a small balcony where we keep some plants, though we forget to water them sometimes. The apartment complex is older, so it has a bit of character to it. We aren't the type to have a big reception desk or someone answering phones with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. The street outside can get busy on the weekends, but during the work week, it’s mostly just the sound of cars passing by. We have a lot of books on the shelves, mostly because we don't know where else to put them. It’s a relaxed environment, maybe a bit too cluttered for some people. We handle the daily chores ourselves, from making the coffee to cleaning the desks. It’s a practical way to run things without all the corporate overhead. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the building, like the way the light switch in the hall sticks. It’s just our little spot in Anna Nagar where we get our work done every day.
