Benchmark Softech Ltd. has been operating out of 150, Luz Church Road for quite some time. Mylapore is such an old and historic part of the city, and being right on Luz Church Road means we are in the middle of all that activity. The building is older, which gives it some personality. It’s not one of those modern boxes made of glass. We like the creaky floors and the high ceilings. Our daily life involves a lot of sitting at our desks and working through software problems. We aren't much for fancy presentations or marketing talk. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or long-standing relationships. The area outside is always vibrant, with the temple nearby and the constant flow of people and cars. It can be hard to find parking sometimes, which is a bit of a headache, but that’s just part of being in Mylapore. Inside the office, things are pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. Sometimes the smell of filter coffee from the nearby stalls drifts in through the windows. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. Benchmark Softech Ltd. is basically just a group of people who enjoy what they do and like being in this part of town. We keep things simple and stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us without making things too complicated.
