Bellsoft India operates out of 109 Gengu Reddy Road in the Egmore area of Chennai. Our office isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We are in a more traditional part of the city. The building is older, and the street can get quite congested with traffic during the rush hours. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled cables. We are a software company, so most of our life happens on our screens. We’ve got a small team of developers who have been working together for years. We aren't big on corporate culture or fancy perks. We mostly just show up, drink some strong coffee, and get to coding. Egmore is a central spot, which makes it convenient for some things, even if the noise from the road is always there. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel with old chairs and posters on the walls. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. We just focus on the technical side of the business. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and late nights when things aren't working right. We like the grit of this neighborhood. It feels real and grounded compared to the newer parts of Chennai. We’ve been at 109 Gengu Reddy Road for quite some time now and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
