Banibro It Solutions Private Limited is based out of No 14 Ambalavanam Street, which is just off the 100 Feet Road in Arumbakkam. If you’ve ever been to this part of Chennai, you know it’s always moving. The traffic on 100 Feet Road is no joke, but once you turn onto our street, it gets a little calmer. Our office is a simple place. We don't have marble floors or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We like it that way because it feels more real. We are a small team, and we’ve known each other for quite some time. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it and gets to work. We don’t spend our time in long meetings talking about big goals. We just look at what’s on the schedule for the day and start checking things off. Sometimes we get lunch from the small shop around the corner, and we usually end up talking about cricket or the weather. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the technical stuff is working like it should. Being in Arumbakkam is convenient, and we’ve grown fond of this little corner of the city. It’s our base, and it works for us. We just keep pluggin' away, one day at a time. It’s a good way to live and work, actually.
