Balman Raviram Associates

Balman Raviram Associates is based at No. 8, 16th Cross Street in the Indiranagar area of Adayar. It’s a lovely, quiet neighborhood in Chennai. There are plenty of trees and it feels very different from the loud, busy parts of the city center. Our office is a simple setup on a residential street. We don't have a big neon sign or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a regular building where we do our work. We are a small group of associates, and we handle things in a very straightforward way. We don't use any fancy business talk or try to sound more important than we are. Most of our work involves a lot of reading, writing, and talking on the phone. We keep our own records and handle our own scheduling. It’s a bit of a slow pace compared to the big firms, but we like it because we can be thorough. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to get through, but usually, it’s a standard nine-to-five kind of deal. We’ve been in this part of Adayar for years and have seen it change, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We just do our work and try to be helpful to anyone who comes in. It’s a calm place to work, and we appreciate the peace and quiet of the 16th cross street. It’s just a simple, practical business.
