Balmadies Estate

Our home base is located at 6 Prithivi Avenue, tucked away on 2nd Street in West Abiramapuram. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We use this space to manage everything for Balmadies Estate. It’s not a large office, just a few rooms where we keep our records and handle the day-to-day administrative tasks. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fans and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk covered in papers and maps. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between the estate and our various partners. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, making sure everything is moving as it should. We’ve been in this location for a while, and we’ve grown fond of the small cafes nearby where we usually grab a quick bite. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just focus on keeping the estate running smoothly and making sure the work gets done properly. It’s practical, straightforward work, and we don't feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We’re just a small team doing our part from this little corner of Abiramapuram.
