Being in such a busy part of Chennai means there’s always something going on outside. B2C Med Education is basically just a small team of us working in this office. We focus on medical education, which means we spend a lot of time looking at college requirements and helping people sort through their documents. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to the students who come to see us. The mall can be a bit of a maze, but once you find the fifth floor, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve got some filing cabinets that are overflowing and a desk that usually has a few half-empty tea cups on it. We don't put on any acts here. When you walk in, you’re just meeting regular people who happen to know a lot about medical schools. We’ve been here for a while, and we like the energy of T Nagar, even if finding parking is a nightmare sometimes. We don't do big marketing pushes or anything. We just help the people who find their way to our door. It’s a steady routine of phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. We try to keep things straightforward so that the process of applying for medical courses doesn't feel so overwhelming for the families.
