We are based at New No. 125 in Zaminpallavaram Village, which is part of the Tambaram Taluk area in Chennai. It is an interesting spot because you still get a bit of that village atmosphere even though the city is growing all around us. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street, which is fine by us. We spend our days inside Axionbots Software Private Limited working on various software projects, mostly sitting at our desks and talking through different bits of code. The office is a bit of a mix of old furniture and new computers, making it feel like a real workspace. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it if someone knocks. During the rainy season, the streets around here can get a bit messy, but we still make it in every day. The people working here are mostly locals from the surrounding neighborhoods, so we all know the best places to grab a quick meal nearby. We are just a group of people trying to make a living by doing honest work with computers. There is no corporate dress code here, just whatever is comfortable for sitting and working for long hours. We focus on getting the tasks finished without making things more complicated than they need to be. It is just how we do things in Zaminpallavaram and we like it that way.
