Equinox 2k13

We’ve been set up in the Avadi Camp area for quite some time now. It’s a unique spot to be in, with everything that goes on around here. The name Equinox 2k13 comes from when we first got started, and we’ve just stuck with it ever since. It’s not a big office with carpets and glass walls. It’s a more practical space where we get things done. We have a lot of different projects going on at any given time, and the tables are usually covered in papers and equipment. Some days it’s very quiet and we can focus, and other days it’s a bit of a madhouse with everyone talking at once. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and long presentations. Usually, we just talk over coffee about what needs to happen next. Avadi is a bit far for some people, but it’s home for us. We’ve gotten to know the local shops and the people who live nearby. It’s a community feel, even though we are working on more technical things. Sometimes the power is a bit finicky, so we have to save our work often. We just try to stay steady and keep things moving forward. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local group doing our bit in the camp area. We like the pace here.
