You can find our office at 11-B on Anandan Street, which is right in the middle of T.Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how crowded and loud this area gets, especially during the shopping seasons. Arr Group Of Companies has been squeezed into this street for quite a while. It’s a small building, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different things from this one spot, so the phones are usually ringing and there’s always someone coming in with paperwork. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. It’s more like a family-run place where everyone knows each other’s business. Sometimes we have to move boxes out of the way just to find a place to sit and have tea. We don't go in for big meetings or long-term strategy talks. We just deal with whatever comes across the desk each morning. The neighborhood is full of energy, and we usually step out to the local stalls for lunch. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just the nature of working in T.Nagar. We keep things moving, pay our bills, and try to make sure we don't lose track of the various projects we have going on. It’s a practical, local operation and we are happy staying right where we are in the heart of the city. It's not always easy finding a parking spot, but we manage.
