Arquer Private Limited

Arquer Private Limited is located out in Kinathukadavu at No. 8 on Kalaivanar Street. It is a bit different from being in the middle of a huge city like Chennai or Coimbatore. Things move a little slower here, which we actually prefer. The office is a simple building on a street where people mostly know each other. We don't have a lot of fancy technology outside of our computers. The rooms are plain and we keep things pretty tidy, though there's always a pile of paperwork somewhere that needs sorting. We open up the windows in the morning to let the air in before it gets too hot. Most of the people working here are locals from the area, so there isn't much of a commute for us. We usually bring our own tiffin boxes for lunch and sit together to eat. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don’t have any big corporate policies that make life difficult. We just have a list of things to do and we work through them until the day is over. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh about the small things that happen in the street outside. It’s just a small team of us trying to do a good job without making things more complicated than they need to be. We like the quiet here and it helps us stay focused on the tasks we need to finish by the evening.
