Aroma Cafe Technical Care

Aroma Cafe Technical Care is tucked away on 2nd Street in Achuthan Nagar, right in the Ekkaduthangal area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets quite busy around here. We are at No. 13/8, and mostly we just deal with the technical side of coffee machines and cafe gear. It's a lot of spare parts, gaskets, and tools laying around the shop. When a machine breaks down, people get stressed because they need their coffee, so we try to get things sorted out as fast as we can. It’s not a glamorous job. Your hands get greasy and you spend a lot of time looking at wires and heating elements. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and the team here just knows how these machines tick. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. It's usually just a couple of us in the back working on a grinder or a boiler. Sometimes customers drop by to ask a question or bring in a part that isn't working right. We just give it a look and tell them what's what. Ekkaduthangal is a decent place to be based, even with the narrow streets and the noise. We just keep our heads down and fix what needs fixing. If a cafe is running smoothly, then we’ve done our bit for the day. That’s really all there is to it at our place.
