Arkitin Private Limited

Arkitin Private Limited is over in Velacherry, which anyone in Chennai knows can get a bit interesting when the monsoon hits. We are at Plot No. 19 on 3rd Street in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. The building is easy to find once you get into the lane. We have a decent amount of space inside for our team. There’s no big reception desk or people in suits waiting for you. It’s just a bunch of us working on our laptops and talking across the room. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The street outside has a few trees that give some shade, which is nice during the summer months. Most of us use the local trains or buses to get to Velacherry and then take a short auto-ride to the office. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of our schedules and making sure we don't fall behind on anything. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs doing and then we do it. The office is a bit cluttered sometimes with papers and chargers, but it’s a working space and that’s how it usually goes. We like that we can just be ourselves while we handle our daily tasks together.
