Arihant Agencies is located at No. 7/1 A on Brethapet Road in Vepery. It’s a narrow enough street, and things can get tight when a delivery truck tries to get through. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. We’re basically a distribution point, so there are always boxes coming in and going out. The office is small and usually smells like cardboard and ink. We don’t have any fancy furniture or a plush waiting room. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of logbooks. Vepery is an old part of the city, and you can feel that history in the buildings around us. We handle a variety of products for different clients. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking invoices. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to make sure the shops we supply get their stock on time. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, which gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. It’s a simple life here on Brethapet Road. We know most of the people who walk by every day. We just do our bit and keep things moving.
