You can find us at the Subam Building, which is located at 9/5 College Road right here in Nungambakkam. Our office is S2 on the second floor. Being on College Road means there is always a lot going on outside, with students and traffic moving all day long. Inside the office, it is a bit more focused. We have our desks set up for the work we do on building projects and developments. It is not a very fancy place, mostly just filled with rolls of paper, some computers, and samples of building materials like bricks or stone. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to people who want to start a new project. Nungambakkam is a good place for a business like ours because everything is so central. We have been in this building for some time now and know the other tenants well. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we are out at a construction site and other times we are just here at the Subam Building going through the latest drawings. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist, so you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It is a practical way to run things. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss.
