Vel Tours And Travels

We are up on the first floor of Spencer Plaza, specifically F197 in the 3rd Phase. The address is 769 Anna Salai, but we are near the Sowcarpet side of things. If you have ever been inside Spencer Plaza, you know it’s like a maze. We’ve been here at Vel Tours And Travels for a long time. The office is a bit small, but it’s got everything we need. We have a lot of old posters on the walls from places we used to send people to. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall acts up, so we have a small desk fan to keep the air moving. Being in Sowcarpet means it’s always crowded outside. You can hear the bustle of the market even from up here. We spend the day talking on the phone and checking travel dates on the computer. It gets quite busy on the weekends when people are out shopping and drop in to ask about prices. I usually grab a coffee from one of the stalls downstairs in the morning. The carpet in the office is a little worn out in the spots where people stand the most. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just sit here and help people plan their trips. It is a familiar routine for all of us who work here. I often forget where I parked my scooter in the basement, but I eventually find it after walking around.
