Handkraft Treasures

Our shop is at AC 141 in Shanti Colony, right on 4th Avenue. We are basically directly opposite Shree Mithai, so if you can find the sweets shop, you can find us. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood. We deal with various handcrafted items, so the place is always full of different things tucked into every corner. It’s not the most organized shop in the world, if I’m being honest. There are boxes waiting to be unpacked and items on display that we probably should move around. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Shanti Colony is a nice place, but the traffic on 4th Avenue can get a bit loud during the rush hour. We spend a lot of our time just dusting things off and showing people what we have in stock. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of. We aren't some big chain store. We are just a local spot where you can find things made by hand. Sometimes we stay late to finish up inventory, but mostly we just follow the usual neighborhood hours. It’s a simple setup. We like being here across from the landmark. It makes it easy for people to stop by and say hello while they are out.
