Our office is up on the second floor over on Park Road, right in the Anna Nagar West Extension area. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we like the view of the street from our windows. We started Nexgen It Solutions & Services because we knew our way around computers and wanted to stay working in this part of town. Most of the time, our desks are covered in various cables and half-opened hardware. To be honest, it is usually a bit messy around here. We are not really the type of people for suits and ties. Usually, we just wear whatever is comfortable and focus on what is happening on our screens. Being in Anna Nagar is handy because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite to eat when we are working late into the evening. We deal with all sorts of IT requests, some are simple and others are quite a headache to solve. We do not have a big front desk or a fancy lobby to greet people. Clients just walk in and tell us what is broken or what they need us to set up. We try to be helpful without making the technical stuff sound too complicated. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to arrive, which can be annoying for everyone, but that is just how the business goes. We have been at W178 for a good while.
