Our office for Crm Refratech Private Limited is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Lotus Colony. We're at Door No. 22 in N Block, over in Anna Nagar East. It's a bit of a quiet residential area, so it’s not the kind of place you’d normally expect to find a company like ours. We mostly do our work on the computer and over the phone, dealing with industrial materials and technical specs. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and it can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we’ve got a couple of fans going to keep us cool. It’s just a small team of us working here. We handle a lot of logistics and technical details that probably wouldn't make much sense to anyone outside this specific field. It’s steady work and we like the quiet of Lotus Colony compared to the busier parts of the city. We don't put out ads or try to look bigger than we are. We just focus on getting our orders processed and making sure everything is handled correctly for our clients. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of business we do every day.
