We have been operating at Angappa Naicken Street for a while now, up on the third floor of number 242. People around here mostly know this spot as the old 139 building. Mar Tech Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessor Pvt. Ltd. is just us working through insurance claims and looking at what got damaged. It is a lot of paperwork and visiting sites to see what happened after an accident or some property damage. We spend most of our mornings checking out files and then heading out to meet people who have had some bad luck with their stuff. Dealing with loss assessment isn't exactly flashy work, but it is what we do every day. The office gets a bit cramped with all the documents stacked up, especially on the third floor where we have set up shop. Angappa Naicken Street is usually busy, so getting in and out takes some time. We try to keep things simple and just get the surveys done so the insurance side of things can move along. Sometimes the heat in the office gets to us, but we manage. If you are looking for us, just head up the stairs past the other offices. It is not a fancy place, just a workspace where we figure out the numbers and report back on what we see. We have seen all sorts of claims over the years, from small things to much bigger problems.
