Aviva Insurance Customer Service

We operate out of a small building at No. 3 Vallalar 2nd Cross Street in Selaiyur. It is located right near the Camp Road area in Chennai, which most locals know well. This is the place where we handle the customer service tasks for Aviva Insurance. It’s a basic office where the phones seem to be ringing almost constantly from the moment we open. People call us when they have questions about their life insurance policies or when they’re having a hard time understanding the paperwork they received in the mail. It can get pretty busy and stressful, especially towards the end of the month when everyone is in a hurry. We have a few desks, some fairly old computers, and there is always a huge stack of forms and files waiting to be processed. The humidity here in Chennai can be really tough to deal with, but we keep the ceiling fans going all day long to stay cool. It’s not a huge, fancy call center like the ones you see in movies; it’s more of a local office where people can actually come in and talk to us. Some customers even prefer to walk in because they find it easier to explain their problems face-to-face. We try our best to explain the rules clearly, even though insurance can be quite confusing with all the technical terms. We just do our daily work and try to help people out.
