Altos

Altos is located at 115 Nelson Manickam Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise from the buses and cars passing by. Our office is in a building that has a lot of other businesses too. We’ve been here for a few years now. The space we have is okay, though we are starting to outgrow it a bit. We do a lot of distribution and coordination from this office. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of ringing phones. We have a small break area where we keep a kettle for tea. The people who work here are a good group. We mostly focus on our daily tasks and getting the orders processed. It's not a place where we have big fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks to get things sorted out. Nelson Manickam Road is a central spot, so it’s easy for our partners to drop by if they need to discuss something in person. We handle a lot of logistics and supply chain details. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there’s a delay somewhere down the line. We just try to stay on top of the emails and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a lot of routine, but it keeps the business moving forward. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary, just regular work to keep the wheels turning. It gets us through the day.
