Allied Sales India Sales Office

This is our sales office on Linghi Chetty Street. The address is a bit confusing because it’s New No 325 but the old boards still say No 158. It’s right in the Parrys area, which is always a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. The office itself is where we handle all the customer inquiries and sales talk. Unlike the head office, this place sees more people coming in and out throughout the day. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and samples we have lying around. Linghi Chetty Street is famous for being narrow, so we don't get much sunlight inside, but we make do with the lights we have. We keep a pot of water in the corner and there’s always someone on the phone. The floor is a bit worn down from people walking in with shoes from the street. We try to keep things moving fast because the customers usually have a lot of other errands to run in the market. It’s a loud place, and sometimes we have to raise our voices just to be heard over the traffic outside. We don’t have a receptionist or any of that. If you walk in, whoever is closest to the door will look up and help you out. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been at this location for years, and most of the neighbors know us by name now.
