Alarvy Technologies Private Limited is over in Velachery East, specifically at Plot No 179, B-4 on 2nd Main Road. Bhuvaneswari Nagar is a pretty busy part of Chennai, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is located in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those huge glass towers you see elsewhere. We’ve been here for some time now and have watched the neighborhood change and get more crowded. Every morning involves navigating the Velachery traffic, which is something we all complain about but have just accepted as part of the job. Inside the office, things are pretty informal. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and there’s usually some conversation going on about a project or just what happened over the weekend. We handle a lot of tech-related work, and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. The 2nd Main Road has a lot of little shops and eateries, so there are plenty of places to go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a practical location for us because it’s central to where many of us live. We don’t really go in for big corporate speeches; we just show up, do the work that’s expected of us, and head home. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works well for our group of people here in Chennai.
