Our office for Akhil Systems Pvt Ltd is actually inside Santhi Apartments, specifically at New No 10 on Balakrishna Road. It’s in Valmiki Nagar, which is a fairly nice area to be in. Since we are in an apartment building, it doesn't feel like those big, cold office complexes you see in other parts of the city. It’s more like working from home, but with a full team and lots of computers. You walk up the stairs and you’re right there at unit number 2. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so things stay relatively quiet compared to the main market streets. We’ve got desks squeezed in where they fit, and the walls are covered with notes and calendars. Valmiki Nagar has a good vibe, and being on Balakrishna Road means we are close enough to everything we need without being right in the middle of a traffic jam. Sometimes the neighbors in Santhi Apartments are moving stuff around, and you hear some noise through the walls, but we don't mind. It feels like a real community. We aren't trying to impress anyone with glass walls or leather chairs. We just sit here, do our technical work, and keep the systems running. It’s a practical setup for a small company that cares more about getting the job done than looking fancy for visitors. It’s just us, some coffee, and the work.
