Ajrith Tech Private Limited is based over in Kodambakkam, specifically at 5/13 Viswanatha Puram 1st Street. It’s a residential-feeling area which actually makes for a pretty quiet place to get work done. We aren't a big company with fancy glass offices or a lobby. We just have our small space here where we handle our tech projects every day. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks, typing away and trying to solve whatever technical problem is right in front of us. We started this business because we wanted a place to work on our own terms and focus on what we like. It’s been a few years now and we are still at it. The team is quite small, and we don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like normal people and get things done. Kodambakkam is a nice part of Chennai to be in, and we’ve got some really good local spots for lunch nearby which we visit often. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anyone to handle our public relations. We just rely on the work we do to speak for itself. It’s not always easy, especially when things get complicated, but we enjoy the process of building things from scratch. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily tasks. If you ever come by, you’ll just see a few people working hard in a simple room. That’s really all there is to us.
