We are over in Ashok Nagar, right on Jeyabalan Street. Most people use Kasi Theatre as a landmark to find us since everyone knows where that is. The address is a bit confusing because of the old and new numbering, but we are at New No 152 now. It's a small place in Vasudevan Nagar. We spend most of our time dealing with software installs or fixing motherboards that have given up. The heat in Chennai can be tough on electronics, so we see a lot of overheating issues. Usually, there are three of us working here. It can get a bit loud when the traffic picks up outside. We have been in this spot for several years now. Customers walk in with all sorts of problems, some easy and some that take all day to figure out. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop feel with tools scattered around and boxes stacked in corners. Coffee breaks happen whenever we get a quiet moment. We try to be straightforward about what needs doing. If a part needs replacing, we say so. It’s a neighborhood business, so we see the same faces quite often. Working near the theatre means there is always something happening around us. We like being part of this community. It keeps things interesting every single day we open up the shop. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes.
